Coimbatore: The Special team of the Coimbatore City Police arrested Sirajudeen (24) and Ponvendan (24) of Rathinapuri on charges of stealing the credit card of a tea stall owner Palanisamy of Tiruchi Road in Singanallur.
The duo entered the shop and stole the credit card which was kept on the table. They used the card to purchase three mobile phones worth Rs 32,613.
The police also recovered the mobile phones.
While Sirajudeen was remanded to judicial custody, Ponvendan was remanded to custody at the Juvenile Observation Home.
