Producer Devendra Kumar, who was on a visit to the state, returned to Delhi March 1 but was shocked when he found his wallet was not with him. A few days later, Kumar got a call from a person who claimed he found his ICICI bank credit card.

All the arrested persons are under 30 years of age and one of them has a previous criminal record, Das said.
